KOZHIKAODE: A complaint has been lodged against women’s commission member Shahida Kamaal for her Facebook posts allegedly insulting political parties and leaders.

The complaint was lodged by Noushad Thekkeyil, a native of Kozhikode, to chief electoral officer Teeka Ram Meena.

The Act of the commission asserts that a member having judicial powers should not do such a thing. The complaint has asked to take action for violating rules.
