‘May you become world’s biggest director,’ –these were actor Mohanlal’s words of blessing to actor-director Prithviraj, after he cut the cake to celebrate Malayalam film Lucifer’s astounding success. On the very day of the release, the film, those who watched the film gave an overwhelming positive response.

In the film it was Prithviraj who had directed Mohanlal. The film which hit theatres with oodles of expectation is heading to hit new records. The actor, director, crew and their family members gathered the other day to share the joy of success.

Prithviraj and Mohanlal cut the cake together, saying we are blessed. After that Mohanlal pushed a piece of cake into Prithvi’s mouth and wished him to become world’s best director.

Prithviraj responded by touching Mohanlal’s feet. Tovino Thomas, Suchithra Mohanlal, Supriya Menon also took part in the celebration.

In the film in which Mohanlal rocks as political leader Stefen Nedumpally, the long list of other actors include Tovino Thomas, Prithviraj, Manju Warrier, Vivek Obroi, Indrajith, Sai Kumar, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Baiju, Nandu and Faasil.

Murali Gopi has written the script, different from his earlier one, so as to make the film a class mass entertainer. Fans are also excited to see that Prithvi has done justice to his statement that ‘Lucifer is what he wished to see Mohanlal like’.
