THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The PSC meeting called yesterday has decided to cancel the question related to Sabarimala women entry that was asked in the online exam conducted for the position of Assistant Professor in Psychiatry.

The person who prepared the question will be removed from the panel of questioners and will face departmental action.

The controversial question was the regarding the first women between 10 and 50 years of age who made it to the Sabarimala shrine. The question sparked controversy and criticism.

PSC question papers are prepared by a panel of experts. These question papers are then sealed in secured paper bags. The question paper is then selected through a draw. Only the candidates at the exam hall will see the final question paper.
