THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan came down heavily of Sabarimala Karma Samithi leader Swami Chithanandapuri. Chithanandapuri is a RSS leader who adorned the dress of a sanyasi. The RSS is using him to poison Kerala. Those using Sabarimala as a weapon has no faith in anything. The BJP is cheating the people of the state in the name of faith, he said in a programme organised at the Kesari Smaraka Trust.

The speech delivered by Prime Minister Narendra Modi related to Sabarimala is not compatible for his status. The BJP is trying to garner votes by dividing the people communally. The Prime Minister is himself breaching the election code of conduct. Modi speaking like a RSS Pracharak is threatening the election commission. They are sad for not able to seek votes in the name of religion and god. Sabarimala is not an issue in this election, he said.
