THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The CPM leadership moved the election commission pointing that the statement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is against the election rules in connection with women entry in Sabarimala. Modi is trying to divide the people and action should be taken against him. The complaint is against the statements of Modi in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Modi is going around saying that if anyone utters the word Sabarimala during the election campaign in Kerala, then they will be arrested.
In his speeches in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, Modi accused the Congress, Left Front and the Muslim League of playing a dangerous game on Sabarimala and initiating to strike at the root of faith. As long as BJP is there none can destroy our faith. If uttered Sabarimala, there is arrest and detention in Kerala. A citizen cannot say the name of Ayyappan in the state ruled by the communist party. If mentioned the word Sabarimala then there will be an arrest. A candidate of the NDA was jailed for 15 days. This situation is in the place where the Communists rule.
