pinarayi-vijayan

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan lost his cool when the media asked him about the heaviest voter turnout witnessed in the third phase of the Lok Sabha polls held. He walked on angrily saying ‘move away’ when asked about the record polling registered in the state.

The senior reporters were left shocked by the sudden change seen in his behaviour. Till yesterday he had expressed a good tolerance towards the media. The chief minister had earlier asked the media to get out from a discussion held in a hotel in the capital city. His ‘get out’ had then sparked a controversy. The state had yesterday witnessed a good polling. As per latest information, the state had recorded 77.68 polling. Though the three fronts say in the same voice that the trend was favourable for them, one has to wait till May 23 to get a clear picture.
