KOLLAM: A student was found hanging in the college hostel at Polayathodu. She has been identified as Sreelekshmi, a native of Chithara in Kadakkal. The reason behind the incident is not known. The 19-year-old-girl was found hanging in the hostel of SNV Sadanam Airhostess Training Institute functioning in Polayathodu. She was found hanging in a search conducted by the hostel employees. The authorities soon informed the police. The body has been sent for post mortem after completing the inquest proceedings. The police has recorded the statement of her parents, relatives and friends.
