The accused have gone underground and it is not known whether they are in the custody of the NIA.
The NIA informed the court about making three more persons party in the case, in the petition submitted for getting the custody of Aboobacker who was arrested the other day.
Meanwhile, NIA has sought five day’s custody of Riyaz Aboobacker.
The NIA had found out that he had a role in sending persons to Afghanistan and Syria to get them enrolled in ISIS.

Aboobacker had confessed to the NIA that he had plans to turn a suicide bomber for the ISIS. He also had discussed his plans with ISIS agents and people who came ready to join ISIS.
His plan was to blow himself up at places where people from other religions gathered for religious ceremonies and New Year parties.
He also told the NIA officials his plans didn’t work out as people who were with him were not ready for it.
