MUKKAM: When the held results were finally released, Akhila, a Commerce student of Neeleswaram Government Higher Secondary School, secured full marks. She is one of the three students of this school whose results were held due to irregularities committed by a teacher. Four questions in the Computer Applications paper in the Commerce batch was altered. Among these questions, Akhila wrote two right answers.
Akhila had requested to publish the results avoiding those four questions. Mark of two questions was removed, but her grace marks as an NSS volunteer came into play as she secured full marks.
The case of the other two students are different as their English paper couldn’t be found. It is impossible to grant marks with answer sheet. The answer sheet written by the teacher was found instead of the original and anomalies were confirmed. These two students are ready to rewrite the exam having taken a stand not to write the exams earlier and have submitted an application for the same on Wednesday.
