THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A former yuva morcha leader was arrested for extorting an amount of Rs 7 lakhs from actor Kollam Thulasi. He has been identified as V Prashob, a former district leader of yuva morcha and a native of Valiyashala. He borrowed money from the actor for some business purposes. He gave a cheque when the actor asked the money back. When the cheque bounced, the actor approached the court with a complaint. He was produced in the court and granted bail.
