This assurance was taken in written from the former tantri and the court ended further proceedings.
Devaki Antharjanam is the widow of former Sabarimala chief tantri Kandararu Maheshwararu.
In the petition, Devaki Antharjanam had stated that after the death of his husband in May 2018, his son illegally withdrew Rs 41.63 lakh from his bank account and sold off the Innova car, registered in her name, without her consent.
The high court also added that regarding her allegation on the car, Devi Antharjanam could approach Maintenance Tribunal or the high court.
