NEW DELHI: BJP National General Secretary Ram Madhav has said there are hurdles in bringing an Ordinance over Sabarimala women’s entry issue.

“It is impossible to bypass Supreme Court proceedings but we’ll do whatever is in our capacity,” he told a prominent media group. Meanwhile, N K Premachandran MLA will introduce four private bills including Sabarimala issue-related bill in Lok Sabha on Friday.

The bill will demand that the status quo in Sabarimala ahead of the Supreme Court order be maintained. The bill has been titled ‘Sabarimala Sreedharma Shastha bill’. This would be the first private bill in the 17th Lok Sabha.
