NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court harshly criticised the state government in the dispute case between Orthodox and Jacobite factions. Justice Arun Mishra pointed that the state government is trying to topple the Supreme Court verdict. If tried to do so, the chief secretary will be summoned and send behind bars, warned Justice Mishra.
The apex court asked is the Kerala Government above law and blamed the government for trying to delay in implementing the verdict. Justice Mishra asked to make Kerala Chief Secretary understand as what happened to Bihar chief secretary. Cannot pardon anymore. The court directed the counsel to make the chief secretary understand things. Mishra responded in an angry tone. He criticized the government harshly while considering Kattachira and Varikkoli church cases.
