THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Binoy Kodiyeri, who is the accused in a sexual harassment case filed by a Mumbai-based bar girl, has said he will fight it out legally in the court. He was talking to media persons in Thiruvananthapuram on Friday. “Now, I have difficulty in talking more about the case as it is under the consideration of the court,” he said.

Before getting into his car, he also thanked media persons.

Binoy returned to Thiruvananthapuram from Mumbai by Friday evening. The Mumbai police had recorded his arrest before letting him off on bail.
The Dindoshi court of Mumbai had granted him conditional bail.

The court had asked Binoy to be present before the police in case they demanded DNA test for finding out the paternity of the woman’s child. Meanwhile, the Mumbai police are getting ready to record the secret statement of the woman.

The court granted bail only after examining the proofs submitted by the woman against Binoy. He was instructed by the court not to make any attempt to destroy the evidence or influence any witness in the case.
