MUMBAI: Binoy Kodiyeri, son of CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, has agreed for a DNA examination in the sexual abuse case. He agreed to give his blood samples to the investigating officials. He was today questioned at the Mumbai Oshiwara Police.

While granting him conditional bail, the Dindoshi Court had asked him to appear at the police station on all Mondays. As per that, he appeared at the police station today. He was granted bail with strict conditions. The court had directed him to be ready for a DNA test if the police asks him for that.

Soon after he was granted anticipatory bail, the Oshiwara police arrested and released him on bail. Binoy who reached the capital city had stated that the case will be dealt legally and as the case is under the consideration of the court, he is not responding more. A case was registered against him following the complaint of a bar dancer of sexual abuse.
