CUTTACK: A psycho killer has instigated fear in the minds of people in Cuttack city after reports emerged that three homeless people have been murdered in a similar manner in the past 48 hours.

As per reports, the first dead body was found near the Ranihat bridge on Tuesday. Later, the other two bodies got discovered from other parts of the city. According to sources, three murders were committed in the same fashion which led to the conclusion that all three were committed by a single man. Apparently, the murderer thrashed the victims' head with a stone before severing their necks.

A similar kind of serial murders had taken place in the state in 1998 in which 9 murders were committed.
