THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Haris Muthoor, KSU Malappuram district president, has strongly criticised KPCC president Mullapally Ramachandran for his silence over the attack on Congress leaders in Thrissur. Following the gruesome hacking incident on Congress men at Chavakkadu, Congress leader Noushad succumbed to his injuries.

On his Facebook page, Haris says:

“For the kind information of KPCC president Mullapally Ramachnadran,

Noushad, the backbone of Chavakkad Congress and booth president, was killed. The killers are the members of communal organisation called SDPI. Sir, they hacked four persons in total. It is the statement of our workers that they were SDPI men.

Sir you are the head of our family called the Congress. Noushad became a martyr for the party. He was killed for holding the tri-colour of the Congress and fighting for the party and for protecting the party members without leaving his colleagues to the fatal knife.

Sir, you should strongly protest…you are the sentiments of the party. You should say aloud that Sudapis had killed him.

We are not like the slaves of CPM who chants hymns in praise of Pinarayi.
