KOCHI: Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has informed the high court that Civil Police Rank list that included the name Ranjith, an accused in the Thiruvananthapuram University College Stabbing incident, was totally transparent.

“The physical examination test was also transparent. CCTVs were not installed to evaluate the athletic fitness of applicants as installing the devices was expensive,” the KPSC told the court.

The KPSC gave this explanation in response to petition filed by candidates.
