THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Around 30 pavan jewellery were stolen from a housewife at the famous Vettukadu church in Thiruvananthapuram. The incident occurred on 26th July when housewife Nirmala went to the church.

According to reports, Nirmala had taken back the jewellery from a bank locker before reaching the church. After finishing her prayer, she found that the jewellery was missing from her bag. According to police, they have identified a young woman who followed Nirmala through CCTV footages. The footage also showed herreaching out to Nirmala’s bag before suddenly leaving the church.

As no further progress was made in obtaining more details about the culprit, the police have released her picture out to the public.
