KOCHI: The Cochin International Airport has been opened for service from 12 am on Sunday. It was shut down on Thursday night after the runway got waterlogged. Indigo flight from Abudhabi was the first to land here then.

Six flights that were trapped in the airport left on Saturday. Earlier, CIAL announced that the airport will remain closed till 3 pm on Sunday.
