MALAPPURAM: A group of six were caught by locals and handed over to the police for attempting to take photos of girls staying in disaster relief camp without consent.

The incident was at S.V. School. The photos were taken by the activists of a non-profit organisation. On the complaint of the municipality secretary, cases were registered against them.
