ALAPPUZHA: Minister G Sudhakaran has issued a warning to those who are entering relief camps to get financial aid from rains. There are some not entitled for the aid in relief camps in Alappuzha. They would be found and excluded and some are so greedy for money and also obsessed with it, he said. Currently the minister is camping in Alappuzha and carrying out relief works. He is visiting the camps daily.

The minister said not a good percentage of people have the level of standard we want. We should be ready to hand over aids to those entitled and we had a culture where the ineligible people didn’t extend their hand for the aid. It's gone now. Some are obsessed with money and very greedy. Last time there were no floods in Muthukulam but they accepted flood relief, he said.
