KOCHI: T P Senkumar returned as state police chief after a successful legal battle against the state government in the Supreme Court. Now he is all set to don the lawyer’s robe. He will enroll as an advocate in the Kerala High Court today.

Senkumar graduated law in 1994 but as he was in the police service, he couldn’t enroll earlier. He said that he learnt law so that if ever had to quit IPS has to find a way of living. He also said that he has an experience in advocating in the High Court without being a lawyer or wearing a gown. He studied LLB 25 years ago while serving as governor’s ADC.
