dead-bodies-prserved

MUMBAI: A hospital at Jalgaon in Maharashtra has been preserving the dead bodies of two youths for the last one week. Sources say that the hospital authorities are preserving the bodies as part of an attempt to bring the bodies back to life. They say that the bodies are preserved using more than one quintal of rock salt. Recently, a video was released showing bodies being preserved in the hospital.

The dead bodies belong to the youths who died drowning in a nearby swimming pool one week earlier. What is even more strange is the fact that the post mortem of the two boys were conducted on the same day of their death. However, there are not many details about what happened after the post mortem. It is learnt that the families of the youths had done the funeral rituals following their death.

Though police had contacted the hospital authorities regarding the issue, they did not obtain any satisfactory answers. Inspector Ranjit Shirshath said that the hospital Dean had refused to divulge further details regarding the reason behind keeping the bodies.
