THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Soon after the shocking events in Thiruvananthapuram University College, Kerala University Registrar has released a circular urging the university employees not to divulge any details to the media. The circular states that the employees should neither meet media persons nor share any information with them.
According to the registrar, the employees should take special care to ensure that they do not share any official information with others. They should also hand over official documents only after getting permission from the superiors. The circular further states that the employees should share secrets with the superior officials only through official means.
The circular further adds that information will be shared with the media only through the information officer and it is the section officer who will be held responsible if any of these instructions get violated.
