ISLAMABAD: The India-Pakstan relationship has hit a new low ever since India revoked the special status of Jammu and Kashmir. Following this, Pakistan Prime Minister had come out criticizing the Indian government's decision. Now, Pakistan President Arif Alvi has also lashed out against the neighbouring country.
The Pakistan President said that India is playing with fire by scrapping Article 370 thus denying the rights of Kashmiri people. He also added that this action by the government is an attack against secularism. According to him, the Narendra Modi led government is living in a fools' paradise and their decision to revoke Kashmir's special status will foster terrorism in the valley.
Alvi further added that Pakistan has no role in exporting terrorism to India. Pakistan will not give up Kashmir easily and is even ready to face India on the war front, he said. The Pakistani president brought up the issue while giving an interview to an American media. Earlier, Pakistan PM Imran Khan had stated that Pakistan is no longer ready to discuss the Kashmir issue with India.
