Adithyan, junior Jayan and nephew of yesteryear actor Jayan is very active in Malayalam serials. He recently got married to Ambili Devi, a lead actress in Malayalam serials. The second marriage of the two led to discussions in the social media. There were many controversies against Adithyan.

Adithyan said the allegation that he created problems in a serial set in a drunken stage is wrong. He said that he had never gone to shooting sites in an inebriated condition. ‘Went to a set drunk is wrong. There may be some coming drunk, but I had never done that. I never smoke also. I got some habits after 2016 and that was part of the circumstances of life’. Adithyan and Ambili opened up their minds at Kaumudy TV’s programme ‘A day with a star’.

Earlier, someone had come claiming to be the son of Jayan, Adithyan’s uncle. This led to a controversy. He had given a case arraigning his mother after the news came. He wanted her to say who his father is. The case was registered intelligently. We also did not withdraw from it, said Adithyan.

Adithyan said, “We were also a party in the case. We asked them to show proofs. The person who came may be around 50 now. When my uncle (Jayan) died he was 10-12 years. They came up with a story that was not there. They wanted to be noticed like this. When the court asked them to produce proofs, they didn’t have any. All they had was the name of the original father. He never turned up when the case was taken up. The court later rejected the case.”

Adithyan said in another programme, he was addressed as Jayan’s son. He had no evidence in his hands to prove his paternity. That programme had to be stopped and he thought I was behind it. He later called me but I told him that I was not interested in talking to him and blocked his calls. Following that, there were some discussions in the social media. He mentioned that I threatened to kill him which I had not done. He had later registered a case against me.
