THIRUVANATHAPURAM: The crime branch will examine whether officials have any role in the PSC exam fraud involving SFI leaders. The statement of the invigilators were taken earlier. The investigating team has also decided to bring the other rank lists under their scanner.

The team led by crime branch DySP has collected the list of the officials. If needed, they will be summoned to the crime branch office and interrogated.

The crime branch will be probing whether any irregularities had happened in the KAP battalion police constable exam held in July 2018. Many including SFI leader Sivarenjith of University College were involved in the fraud. The team is examining whether they got help from outside.
