Situation in Bihar is worsening day by day due to heavy rains in the city. Reports say as many as 29 people have already died due to the floods. No respite is in sight with the Met Office predicting more rain in the coming months and the state government has issued a red alert.

In order to draw attention to the worsening conditions of roads and streets in Patna, a NIFT student, Aditi Singh carried out a photo shoot in the city. In the viral pictures, she can be seen posing in the middle of the clogged roads.

The motive behind the photo shoot was apparently to draw the attention of officials towards the worsening situation in Patna. Now her pictures have gone viral on the internet. She is getting mix reactions for her photo shoot. Some are even calling it an insensitive act.

Talking about it, the photographer Saurav, in his Facebook post wrote, "The intent behind the shoot was to draw public attention towards the floods of Bihar. When there are floods in other states, people from all over the country come forward to help. There isn't much mention of the floods in Bihar, in both national and international media. If you share a normal picture of a flood on social media, people see it, comment 'So Sad' and move on. I wanted people to stop and look at the pictures, so I did a photo shoot."
