THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan said they don’t need the votes of the RSS from anywhere including Konni where the by-polls will be held. He said that they are not interested in any kind of relationship with the BJP.

Kodiyeri said this while reacting to UDF’s allegation that the BJP and the LDF are helping each other in Vattiyoorkavu and Konni. They are voicing allegations against us to cover vote trading through Sabarimala Karma Samithi in Konni.

Kodiyeri said, “Why is the congress not expelling Shashi Tharoor MP for always taking a favorable stand on the RSS? Is the KPCC chief ready to say that Tharoor is following the stand of the congress?
