THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The LDF candidate in Vattiyoorkkavu, V.K. Prasanth, said that an investigation should be done on who removed Kummanam Rajasekharan’s name from the candidate list in Vattiyoorkkavu. This statement came as a response to Kummanam who said that Minister Kadakampally Surendran betrayed Prasanth in order to not let Kazhakkoottam go from hand.

Kummanam’s verbal attack on Prasanth’s candidature has been a topic of discussion in Vattiyoorkkavu constituency. Prasanth’s reply soon followed.

CPI (M)’s campaign in Vattiyoorkavu is based on Perumthachan complex ever since S. Suresh was announced as the BJP candidate. BJP is trying to create a dose against this through statements that could create a divide between teacher and student. However, Kadakampally has not responded to Kummanam Rajasekharan’s allegation.
