KOZHIKODE: Jolly, the cyanide killer, confessed to the killing of all six family members of Ponnamattam House to investigating official rural SP K G Simon. She never expected that she would be caught and said it all happened.
The probe is on the right track and there are strong evidences against the three accused, the official said. Her main aim was money. She killed everyone to lead a luxurious life. She spent the money got after selling some land for an amount of Rs 10 lakh.
Meantime, it has come to notice that Jolly’s second husband Shaju is revealing things to the media not known to the police. Simon also said they cannot say whether Shaju is innocent or guilty.
Simon said Jolly’s behaviour was suspicious in the beginning. When investigated more on her, the suspicion grew stronger. Her statement that she will not undergo a lie detector test and preventing to open the graves all suspected her.
