KOZHIKODE: Investigation officer of Koodathayi murder case, K. G. Simon, has dismissed reports stating that Jolly, the main accused in the case, was suffering from psychological problems. He added that it can be proved.

“Jolly does not have any psychological problems. Even if she is behaving like that to defend herself in the case, the investigating team has information to prove it otherwise. The police have never said that Jolly had mental problems. It is not right to spread reports that police said something like that when they actually haven’t,” Simon said.

The SP added that the investigating team will probe into Jolly’s life before and after marriage as part of the case. He said that it is sure the accused in the case will be punished. “The evidence is strong and will overcome other challenges”, SP said.
