The first song of the Laljose directorial ‘Naalppathiyonnu’ was released. The move has Biju Menon and Nimisha Sajayan in the lead roles. In the songs, scenes when two comrades wear the sacred chain and the events that follow are shown. The lyrics of the song ‘Arutharuth’ was done by Rafeeq Ahammed and music by Bijipal. The song was sung by Vijesh Gopal.

Nimisha Sajayan, Indrans, Suresh Krishna and the debutant Sharanjith and Saranya also feature in the song. This Laljose’s directorial after ‘Thattinpurath Achuthan’. The script is done by P.G. Prageesh.
