KUWAIT CITY: As the latest Hollywood film 'Joker' is creating huge sensation across the globe, people in Kuwait city were stunned to see a 'Joker' wandering on the streets. Following this, social media has been flooded with pictures of the man dressed up as 'Joker'.

However, police authorities were soon alarmed by the pictures and the man was immediately taken into custody. Upon interrogation, it has been found that the man's intention was just to show his love for the character. According to officials, the man has stated that the character inspired him so much that he got dressed up like it and posted pictures online.
