The trailer of film Kamala, directed by Ranjith Shankar after Pretham 2, has been released. From the trailer, it is clear that the Aju Varghese starrer belongs to the thriller genre.

Anoop Menon and new comer Ruhani Sharma are the other important characters. The cinematography is by Shahnad Jalal. Biju Sopanam, Sunil Sughada, Gokulan, Motta Rajendran, Sajin Cherukayil, Anjana Appukuttan and Shruthi Johna are also appearing in different roles.

The film has been produced under the banner Dreams and Beyonds. Anad Madhusoodan is lyricist as well as the composer of the songs in the film.
