THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Department of Higher Education Minister K T Jaleel had interfered in the examination of the technical University, alleged opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala. The vice chancellor executed the directive issued by the minister's office, he said. A committee was entrusted for the examination and preparation of question papers, clarified Chennithala.
Chennithala said the charge of the exam controller has been changed for the committee. The committee members were appointed as per the directive of the minister and due to this, the confidentiality of the examination process has been lost. The chief minister silence on the allegation of Jaleel is mysterious. A letter will be given to the governor again pointing all these, he said.
According to a circular issued by the minister's office in violation of the law, the vice-chancellor issued an order. The minister of higher education is taking every action in violation of the rules and regulations, he said.
