NEW DELHI: Justice Arun Mishra lashed at the stand of Maradu flat owners. He expressed his dissatisfaction after they directly appeared before the court. He told the owners who tried to argue on their own not to behave like this. He said that there is no change in the stand taken. He asked them not to create a commotion and not to waste time.

The court directed to pay a compensation of Rs 25 lakh each to all flat owners. The court ordered all the builders to pay Rs 20 in the court. The court also decided not to freeze the bank account now.

There were two pleas before the Supreme Court on Friday. The pleas were filed by the organisation of Maradu flats and the flat owners. The court rejected the pleas of the organisation of Maradu flats.
