THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The report of the crime branch mentioned that there are no hurdles in appointing the candidates except the three accused in the PSC exam fraud case. Except first, second and third accused--Sivarenjith, Nazeem and Pranav, others shortlisted can be appointed. The question papers of the exam for civil police officer have not been leaked, the report of crime branch chief Tomin Thachankary cited.

The report also stated that no one, except the three, was found to have copied and so the list need not be omitted. Sivarenjith got first rank in the police constable exam, Pranav got second and Nazeem 28th rank by copying. When the irregularities came to light, the accused were removed from the list. The crime branch interrogated Sivarenjith and Nazeem in jail with the question papers. The accused confessed to the crime as they were not able to answer even a single question.
