Unsurprisingly, Shashi Tharoor’s uncommon words and usages in English are widely read and circulated on social media. A majority of Malayalis fail to understand his strange words, which ultimately grab the attention of readers and media. On the other hand, there are also literary aficionados who scout for those words in dictionaries.

In a video tweeted by Tharoor, a student can be heard asking Tharoor to give her a new word so that she can learn. The MP gives a pat answer, which turns out to be an earnest advice from the bottom of his heart.
