THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The investigating team has obtained more evidences in connection with the death of violinist Balabhaskar. Some who were present on the spot when his car met with the accident has links with gold smuggling, the DRI confirmed.

Kalabhavan Soby made some revelations in connection with the violinist’s death. The DRI team later summoned Soby and handed him photos of 32 people involved in the gold smuggling. The photos of those hiding abroad and ten women who worked as carriers were among them. The DRI investigated whether any of them were at the accident spot.

Meantime, Kalabhavan Soby from the photos identified a person who shouted at him while passing that way when the accident happened. He shouted and asked Soby not to stop the vehicle. Reports said Soby made some other revelations also.
