KOCHI: A 50-year-old man was arrested on Sunday for sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl for a period of over 2 years. The accused has been identified as Ali Kunjumuhammed, a native of East Veliyathunadu in Aluva.

According to reports, the accused has been charged under various sections including POCSO. Police made the arrest around 6 pm in the evening. The complaint was filed by the child's family 3 months back.
