Sithara Krishnakumar is one of the favourite singers of the Keralites. She became a playback singer via music and reality shows in channels. She has sung in many films and is seen as a judge in many music programmes. She is one of the judges of Top Singer aired in Flowers TV.

She soon disappeared from the show. Since then, many have been asking where she is. Not only that the audience had asked to bring her back to the show. The singer now reveals the reason for quitting the show.

She said she quit the show as she had to travel for her band project Malabaricus. It is not a one-man show and includes some musicians. They are also a part of it. I had to accompany them. It is also a long term project. I have to travel a lot for it. I will not be able to judge the show then. It seemed difficult for me and so had to leave the show. I still have connections with the contestants and we keep in touch very often, she said this in an interview to a media.
