As misgivings on Citizens Rights Bill triggered protests and arsons in different parts of the country on Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi came out with a poser to the Congress.
“If the Congress comes to power, will it give Indian citizenship to all Pakistanis?”
Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala has now given answer to this question on his Facebook page. “Let Modi keep his challenge with him…You need not teach Congress citizenship awareness…,” he writes.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had challenged the Indian National Congress whether it will give Indian nationality to Pakistan citizens if it is voted to power.
Mr Narendra Modi,
Please be reminded that, Indian National Congress has the history of giving Bangladeshi citizenship to half of Pakistanis way back in 1971. So don't challenge us on nationalism and citizenship.
