KOLLAM: The Motor Vehicle Department has started action against a man who made her four-year-old daughter virtually ride a scooter through NH road. The department has sent notice to the child’s father and Karunagappally Puthen Theruvu Shamna Manzil resident Shamnad and vehicle owner Sabeena, who is a native of Chavara Panmana, in this regard.

It was on Tuesday morning the photo of the incident became viral on social media. In the photo, Shamnad can be seen sitting on rider’s seat and her daughter standing in the gap in front of him and taking full control of the throttle.

Shamnad and her daughter were on their way home.
