KOZHIKODE: A private bus that operated services on the hartal day was damaged by an anonymous group. The incident was in the early hours of Saturday in Kallachi in Kozhikode. The attack was on a bus named ‘Koodal’ that operated service in Vadakara-Thottilpalam route.

Window pane of the bus was damaged on either side. Tyres were ruptured as well. Pro-hartal activists had earlier warned that they will damage the buses if they operated on the hartal day. There were conflicts across the state on the ant-CAA hartal day. Around 20 KSRTC buses were damaged.
