THALIKULAM: Two were murdered here in Thrissur by bashing their head with a rock. The deceased, Jamal (60) and his sister-in-law Khadeeja (45) were murdered by Jamal’s son Shafeek. The accused was detained by the police. It is learnt that Shafeek is a mentally challenged person.

The incident was around 2 pm. Thalikulam police is probing the murder.
