KOCHI: Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala has come up with harsh criticism towards governor Arif Mohammed Khan in the CAA row.
“The governor shouldn’t forget his position. He should act with decorum,” Chennithala said.
“It is not right to say that a law passed by the parliament shouldn’t be questioned”, Chennithala added.
“There was no protocol violation at the History Congress. What can an old man like Irfan Habib do to the governor?” Chennithala asked.
The opposition leader said the police action in Kannur and criticized CM Pinarayi Vijayan by saying that he shouldn’t be like Amit Shah.
