KOTTAYAM: A group of SFI activists shouted and sort of threatened cops, who had arrived at a college here to prevent student clashes. The incident happened at Pala polytechnic college. When the ASI arrived to prevent clashes between student groups, the SFI workers pushed back the police officer and warned him not to interfere in their problems.

The police team had reached the spot after being informed that clash was going on between SFI and ABVP students outside the college campus. Meanwhile, the police have filed a case against three SFI workers for disrupting their duty.

SFI State committee member N R Vishnu, Sachin K Ramanan and Abhishek Shaji are the persons booked.
