THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala State Council of the Communist Party Of India (CPI) on Tuesday urged Kerala Assembly to frame a law in order to stop the spreading of superstitions in the society.
According to CPI State Secretary Kanam Rajendran, it is quite disturbing to see several anti-social elements such as black magic and superstitions making a comeback to the society. He also pointed out an incident where a woman's life was sacrificed in the name of offering to God.
